Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your gown, and will diligently work with you to make this happen. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gown we will return or exchange it.
Conditions:
- Gown must be in new, unused condition, with out any damage or alterations, complete with all tags and garment bag.
- Within 48 hours of your receipt of the gown, if you are dissatisfied with the gown, you must call us to get a return code, and the package must be postmarked within that time frame. Package must be sent back to us with postage prepaid and insured with the return code written on the outside of the box. Additional shipping charges will apply for exchanges.
- We will do our best to accommodate exchanges, but we cannot guarantee that we will have the correct size in stock for an immediate exchange. If we do not have the size you need in stock, we may be able to expedite the order for an additional fee.
- There is a 10% restocking fee for returned gowns.
- You must provide us with your measurements at the time you place your order in order to return or exchange a gown.
- Custom ordered gowns can not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
